Residue Contact Map-Driven Protein Structure Prediction and Refinement

Abstract: Protein structure prediction is a long-term research interest in bioinformatics. Recent studies have revealed that the residue contact map plays a key role in improving the structure modeling quality. In this talk, I will report recent methodology development of residue contact map prediction in my lab. I will also talk about the application of multi-objective PSO optimization algorithm for the protein structure refinement.
